Create Your Tables a Harvest of Love!
September 25th, 2024 - Wedding Ideas
Here in southwest Colorado, fall is probably the best time of the year. The high mountains have aspen trees that rain golden leaves, our evenings have the feeling of crisp mountain air and the mountain ranges are starting to have peaks of white in the distance. Fall makes it feel like changes are coming and like big things are in the works (in Colorado that might mean big snow in a few months)!
Antler Ridge Weddings is especially amazing in the fall because our elk are bugling which makes your wedding day at our venue an event that your guests will never forget! When and where else can you combine all that in one day while tying the knot! We can’t wait to help bring your wedding day dreams come true this fall at Antler Ridge Weddings!
Another way to make your fall wedding unforgettable is to decorate your tables with beautiful fall foliage that harvest feelings of love! Read below for some great ideas we gathered from the world wide web for ways to use fall décor in the barn for your own unique wedding tablescapes.
George Street at www.georgestreetphoto.com had some great ideas for rustic fall table ideas. Rustic elegance takes center stage in these fall-inspired wedding tablescapes, where nature's beauty meets refined sophistication. Rich autumnal hues like deep burgundy, warm gold, and earthy greens create a harmonious color palette that mirrors the changing leaves outside. Wooden farm tables adorned with delicate lace runners serve as the foundation, evoking a sense of rustic charm. Candlelit lanterns, vintage brass candleholders, and gilded pumpkins cast a warm, romantic glow, while bundles of dried flowers and seasonal foliage bring a touch of the countryside to each setting. These tablescapes seamlessly blend the raw and the refined, offering a timeless and enchanting backdrop for a love story that's as enduring as the fall season itself.
What about the serpentine table frommintspringsfarmtn.com? This 2025 wedding trend is a unique idea that you need a big barn like at Antler Ridge Weddings to make happen! The serpentine table was inspired as serps are trending right now in the wedding world. The shape of the table itself just brings another dimension to the design. We wanted to showcase a moody yet bright color that really goes for any season of the year. Floral design was whimsical and garden vibes. This design’s floral vibe was lavenders, plums and muted blush.
Mint Springs Farm also highlighted the black and white 2025 wedding trend and we think it is a great one for the fall (maybe a classic for all year long)? The black and white table setting is a great example of the standard floral arrangements included in our wedding package. This design showcases a long table adorned with a sleek black runner and classic white flowers, blending contemporary and modern elements for a monochromatic aesthetic. The result is a timeless yet stylish and sophisticated tablescape.
Don’t forget other fall colors like gold, blush and ivory like what homewithhollyj.com did for her daughter’s wedding! She did a great job of bringing in fall colors and ideas. For the long tables, I used sheer ivory table runners down the middle. I ordered fresh eucalyptus garlands from a floral shop that were premade and this saved me a lot of time. I then added in some of the faux fall flowers into the garlands to carry over the same theme as I was using in the round tables. I added in some framed photos of the happy couple, gold mercury glass votive candles and the table number. We also created a QR code and printed it out onto little cards and placed those on the table so everyone could share their photos or videos from the day with the bride and groom.
For the round tables, I made these centerpieces ahead of time. All of the flowers and greenery are artificial and are from my fall collection in my online store. I will share the sources at the bottom of the post. I also used tablecloths on the round tables that we rented through the venue along with the napkins. The tablecloths were a creamy white color and the napkins were a peachy pink color that went well with the fall wedding color palette my daughter had chosen.
Lastly, we think including things like pies, pumpkins and apples are a cute way in incorporate the feelings of fall into your wedding! In our neck of the woods, you can take your guests to our local apple orchards, pumpkin patches and fun fall activities if they are visiting from out of town for your wedding. Oh, what about a pumpkin slingshot? That’s for a venue outside of Antler Ridge Weddings, we are fun, but not that fun 😊 Contact us today for your wedding tour. We are excited to meet you and hear all about your wedding vision.
